Are there minimum volumes?

Unlike many programs that require you to purchase a minimum volume of fuel to receive a discount, or have separate tiers that you try to achieve, you start saving with 360 from gallon one.

What are the program fees?

Sometimes the fee structures can be confusing, so when you use the 360 Over The Road Fuel Card, we try to make it as simple as possible.

There are no monthly, annual, membership or card fee’s associated with our program. The only fee’s associated with it are transaction based and are all listed in the application itself. If you have further questions on this, please feel free to contact us.

What are your billing terms?

Several options are available depending on your company needs and history. Our standard billing terms are daily bill and weekly pay.If your company needs other terms, contact us and we can discuss options that will fit your needs.

Where is the Over the Road Fuel Card accepted?

Over 99% of all fueling stations are in our network, including Flying J®, Pilot®, Loves®, Petro®, and Travel Centers of America®.
